-Big Swimming Pool , My Family very enjoy it. -Nice location , Thanks Ah Zhi & Management Team. -Is a walking distance to Beach , Hawkers food & Restaurants. Nice Place. -Have many facilities in the bungalow , Karaoke, Snooker Table , Massage chair , BBQ area and etc. Nice -The Best Place in Penang , you won’t regret. -A great place to chill and spend time with big families.

Eileen was a great host. Amazing warmth. She was always just a call or text away. On a separate note, despite the property being great for families and friends . There are some suggestions to better prepare guests to expect and manage better namely to describe the design downstairs , only one toilet downstairs which is in a bedroom. Next is the key policy(one set only and must bring power key out together) which I think is impractical especially for a big place that can host 4 to 5 families which understandably travel separately and have different timings of entering and exiting the villa. Hence we should be given a few sets of keycards n keys at least for power and main door. Lastly, air conditioning has no independent remote control only one remote for one brand of air conditioning which caused an inconvenience to different families living there with different temperature requirements. Other than that I think it was a good and enjoyable stay and Eileen is a great person who made everything else smooth for us. She was the reason I gave 4 stars despite these 3 inconveniences that we faced.

Perfect place to accommodate a big group of people. karaoke system, arcade games, mahjong table, pool table, pool with slide and plenty of board games. If you are looking space for parties or gathering, this house would be one of the good option around Batu Ferringhi area. The host is really helpful , he helped us to arrange last min pick up to airport.

The villa is very spacious and comfortable with a lot of activities to do for everyone. Love the warm pool water that you can swim through the night.

It was a perfect place for our family , the swimming pool is nice and clean , rooms were cleans , beds were comfortable , kitchen was well equipped , nice big living room for the whole family to spend time together either watching Netflix or having the kids on the arcade game (which I too spent some quality time on! ) the ping pong table was a plus too ! Location is very near the ferringhi night market ! Perfect for shopping and food!

This house is clean, comfort. The pool water is clean and clear. Inside this house hv many facilities, all is good condition. It suite for family gathering, party with friend.

Plenty of room options for a big extended family group. Lots of activities for big and little kids, inside and outside. Two full sized fridges were very useful. Walking distance to the heart of Batu Ferringhi, where you can taste local treats of Penang at a good price, and can also get your Maccas, KFC or Starbucks coffee, if that is what you crave. Georgetown is just a "grab" or taxi drive away for a good night out.

Excellent accommodation in Penang for a large group of people (10-12) – easily enough space for this number and more if needed. Big, clean and well-laid-out house with plenty of amenities, large and deep swimming pool with jets and waterfall, large TV with karaoke, arcade games, table tennis and foosball tables, basketball court, oversized chess board, barbeque, and various other things. High fences and located in a safe neighbourhood with shops and food nearby. Close to the beach (5-10 minute easy walk). The host was timely, fair and reasonable, and friendly. The stay couldn’t have been easier. Would definitely book again when visiting Penang. Recommended++.
